Solid Tattoo – 48-Hour Appointment Cancellation Policy
To book an appointment with Solid Tattoo, a deposit is required. By paying this deposit, you agree to the following terms:
1. Non‑Refundable Deposit
• All deposits are non‑refundable under any circumstances.
2. 48‑Hour Cancellation / Reschedule Requirement
• If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, you must provide at least 48 hours’ notice prior to your scheduled appointment time.
• With at least 48 hours’ notice, your deposit may be transferred one time to a new appointment date.
3. Late Cancellations, Reschedules, and No‑Shows
• If you cancel or request to reschedule less than 48 hours before your appointment, your deposit will be forfeited.
• Failure to attend your appointment (no‑show) will also result in your deposit being forfeited.
• A new deposit will be required to book any future appointments.
Gift Certificates – Cancellations, Reschedules & No‑Shows
• Gift certificates may be used to book appointments and are treated as prepaid value.
• If you cancel, reschedule with less than 48 hours’ notice, or do not show up for your appointment when using a gift certificate:
• You will forfeit a minimum of $100 from the value of your gift certificate.
• If you were scheduled for a longer session, a higher amount may be deducted, proportionate to the time reserved at the artist’s discretion.
• If the full remaining value of the gift certificate is used to cover a late cancellation/no‑show fee, the gift certificate will be considered fully redeemed.
• Gift certificates are non‑refundable, have no cash value, and cannot be exchanged for cash.
4. Arriving Late
• If you arrive late and your artist is unable to complete the session as planned, this may be treated as a late cancellation at the artist’s discretion, and your deposit may be forfeited.
